Written by Jeremy Likness, 29, a former couch potato who lost 65 pounds of fat before becoming a Certified Fitness Trainer, the book is more than a guide. It is Jeremy's personal story of physique transformation. He shares the trials and tribulations of the journey to good health that he and his wife shared as they lost more than 100 pounds of unwanted fat between the two of them.
